For basic help in using PaqRat, please go to this section. It explains everything about the program, as well as gives you some tips and techniques for getting the most out of your PaqRat. This is a list of every release so far of the software, what features have been added and what bugs have been fixed. The newest version is 2.2 if you want to check your own version in the About PaqRat box. If you're experiencing a problem with one of our software products, please fill out and submit the bug report form or check our known problems list. Please tell us your ideas for enhancing our products, or improving our customer service, or anything else that comes to mind. We are providing a discussion group where customers can post articles about problems they encounter, or tips and tricks that other users might want to know about. This area is specifically directed toward webmasters whose sites are popular among users of PaqRat.
